It's your fave villain killer and you're listening to barely famous. All right, everyone, I have Alison Kaukonen on here today, the better half of Isaac, huge, I mean Rochelle, but I'm not convinced that your last name was Cooch. I thought it was cook. It's cute, but it's actually technically cooch garzik. I just shortened it. Got it ! OK, so Chris and I were going back and forth and I was like, It's not. It's not cute. She's not calling herself Alison cute. She's like, Yes, she is. And I was like, It's cook like, I'm not. She can not convince me otherwise. I should have changed the pronunciation because she's like, What's funny? Yeah, I mean, it adds to the storyline. So whatever. Wait, so is it legally changed or shortened? No, it's legally carsick, and I haven't changed my last name yet. OK, got it. Got it. Got it. Got it. I was like, OK, well, I when I hear it out of her own mouth, then I'll start calling Allison Cousteau, right? I have you seen all these videos of tribe like, how do you feel about Travis Taylor Swift putting Travis on the map? Oh my god, I think it's so funny. I also love it, though, because it's bringing more women into liking sports. So I'm like, whatever gateway to bring that, I'll be totally for it. Oh no, totally. How do you have any advice for Taylor to keep this going? Because you're you're a vet in this, in this industry, you're a vet in that field. So I love how she's just like sprinkling it in here and there, like she just showed up at the game randomly and felt like, Wait, what is she doing in Kansas City? Like, OK, of all places of all places, I'm like Kansas City. There's not much there, but they have some good barbecue. Are you officially living in Vegas now? Yeah, currently in Vegas. And until somebody tells me otherwise, we are the raiders and the chiefs in the same conference. Yes. Well, they play together twice a year. Yeah. OK, so there's a chance that you could just like be hanging out with T Swift. Oh yeah, I'm waiting. My DMs are open. You're like, I'll give you the rundown. I'll get the four one one. Everything you need to know about being a girlfriend or wife in the NFL. Absolutely. Got all your bases covered? I love that. Yeah, I'm waiting on her. Oh my gosh, that's so funny. So are you? Did you take Isaac's last name? I haven't yet. So Isaac and I like traveling a lot, and I just was hesitant with the passport and like it just ahead. It's a whole ordeal. So I was like, Oh, like, surely when I get pregnant, I'll then change my last name. But now that I am, I'm like, I just still sounds like a lot of work. I think maybe when my daughter starts school, it'll bother me more that I don't have her last name, but it doesn't bother me right now. So, but also like you could just put his last name on stuff like no one's going to look into. I'm so legally married, right? I never changed my last name, but I did. Like whenever I was married, I hyphenated it on social media and stuff or like I would put Marroquin on like important, right? Even though it wasn't legal. It's like, you know, whatever. Same same difference. Yeah, I like it doesn't. It doesn't bother me. If it bothers other people, then they can dealt with that themselves. I'm very partial to the name Isaac because my oldest son's name is Isaac, and I had never met an Isaac outside of I knew of like Isaac Hanson, but from the Hinton's. Yeah. And so when I hear when I first started following you and I found out I because I followed you before I knew who your husband was and I was like, Wow, her husband's name is Isaac. Like, I never hear that name and everyone's like, Everyone has that like everyone. And I'm like, Yeah, well, in my book, it's unique and I'm partial, and I love it, so I love it. I've never met anybody, named Isaac until I met my husband. So how did you get so unique? We met in college. We met when we were 19, so almost ten years ago. Crazy. And I know that's while we were talking about it last night like, Wow, we really know each other. Like, How are we not sick of each other? But we met when we were 19 at a college party. He went to Notre Dame. I went to Michigan State and I was visiting at Notre Dame one weekend. Just like trying to go out, go to a party, and I met him and the rest is history. We started dating like a week later. It was quick. Are you serious? Mhm. That's how, you know, like some I love, I live for those stories that's like, you need to you guys need to do like a little documentary on that because it just happened. Oh yeah, it was like such fate. And like when I met him, I was like, Oh, this is love at first sight. Like, I'm going to marry this guy. He he accidentally texted me the night that we met, and he sent me a text message meant for his brother and was like, I'm at the girl I'm going to marry. And I was like, Oh, wow, yeah. Stop. What did you say? Well, I just kind of ignored it. Oh my God, just you guys talk about that to this day like, Oh, you ever come up on this? Lutely you always really felt that same way? Or else it probably would have been like? Like, that's kind of weird. Yeah, yeah, yeah. But I think like the vibe was there was there. Oh my, I love that. And they say. There's you can two types of relationships will work when the man is more in love with the woman and then when the when they're equally in love with each other. So it worked out for you guys to be equally in love with each other. I love. Absolutely. And now, almost 10 years later, our daughter's due date is like a day off from the day we met. So I'm like, Maybe she'll come on the day and I'll be like, Oh my god, I'm so happy for you too, because I so I started following you around the time you went to Thailand because I think I might have followed you like a little bit before that. And I was in Thailand at the same time as you and everyone was texting me and your stuff was like, OK, you know, I don't like, What are we going to do? We don't know each other like, we're a huge country. Like, I don't even know if you guys were because we went to crabby, so we were the first. And I don't think that's where you were saying that you were marrying Koh Samui, which you were not even near each other. But what are the odds? And then I guess we both came home with like permanent souvenirs when you came home with a permanent souvenir? Oh my god, why don't I know this? We both got back in Thailand, the f**king crying because I when you, I guess, announced it or whatever. And then Christine was telling me that I must have missed one of your videos about, like being sick in Thailand. Yeah, I got food poisoning. But were you actually pregnant? Was it morning sickness? I think it could have been. I mean, I was I was pretty sick. But then it went away. OK, but either way, I was pregnant when that happened because I got pregnant like the first day we were in Thailand was like, Ooh, Thailand. No, I must think I'm because not to be too too TMI. But like, I left because it was my birthday trip. So my birthday's the 14th and I left before my birthday, so I must have gotten it because he didn't go with me. So we I must have got pregnant right before I left, and I had no idea. So when I got there, I was eating everything. My face was flushed, but like, I didn't think anything of it because I was like, There's just no way like, there's no way I am tagging us. We're both in Thailand at the same time, and we both come home with permanent souvenirs. Love is iconic. That's yeah. I'm like, Yeah, I don't. I don't really care like the TMI. Like I don't. I feel like I'm a pretty open book. So when I when I announced I was pregnant, you were like, Oh my God, I was Thailand. Like, Well, you like in this magical country? And what else? Like, of course, that's like a like a internet thing. You travel with your pet, with your husband. No off season trip like I. Oh, I love that for you. Yeah. So we were like ten days, 10 days off from each other. That's crazy. Incredible lines. We're along, right? Yes, absolutely. What's the when you guys found out, I know you posted a lot of this for, but for anyone who hasn't followed your TikTok yet. What was that like when you found out you were pregnant? And did you line up the dates right away? Like, did you think, Oh my God, this was Thailand? Well, I knew the exact date that we got pregnant because our form of birth control up until this point has been like tracking my ovulation. OK? And this gets a little bit more into like ovulating the day I did whatever, but we were like, Oh, like, we can cut it close because, you know, like we were eventually going to start trying, like we were like, Oh, this could be the first time we officially try. And so when I tested positive, I was like, at no f**king way, like no way. I was like there. And when people are like, Well, obviously, it's like, if you're going to have sex, like it's going to lead to a baby. I just didn't think it was. I was under the impression it was going to take a while to get pregnant, especially because after never being on birth control and I've never gotten pregnant up until this point, I was like, Oh, surely like, I'm I'm infertile. Like, something's going on or is really good at tracking ovulation, I guess. Well, to be fair, I mean, this is my six, six and seven for me. So I've gotten pregnant when I'm not. Actually, I'll be like, I've tracked my ovulation and I've gotten pregnant on days that were not my ovulation window. So I'm like, That's not where I'm like it was. I just lucky. Right, right. Lucky, your son is going to be in the water. Maybe Thailand was like, definitely like fertilizing. Absolutely. Maybe it was like the all the temples that I went to and like bright eyed and like all the games you do. But I was shook. Like everyone watches the video, they're like, How are you that surprised? Because I just did not expect it. And I was like seven days on my period too. I was like, Where did you have any other symptoms? I cried a lot, which I haven't. I'm still the same. I cried yesterday. I'm an emotional person. Yeah, yeah, yeah. But I was crying, listening to a song, and I was like, Oh my god, I can't wait to be a mom one day. And I was like, Am I pregnant? You're like, No, you're not pregnant. And then we took the test and we both freaked out. We were. Oh, others have. Oh, I love that, no, it's so exciting. The first one, like every pregnancy is special, is special in some way, right? But the first one is just something that you can't. They're all, they're all special. But the first one is this there's something just like extra special about it. But that's so cute. I love that. And also, I keep saying I just cried about, I don't. And this is the my most emotional pregnancy, and I don't know if it's because it's twins, but I'm like, I can't stop crying. I watched a video of Jason Kelsey's daughter saying, You didn't win. And he was like, It's OK, like Uncle Travis won. Why am I crying at that? No, I forget that, too. Like actual tears. Like what? I don't know what's wrong with me. So. The great news is even more supermarket is fortified with vitamin D, helping us to absorb calcium for healthy bones and supporting the immune system to avoid more super milk. The most super our milk can be figures based on FCI 2023 vitamin D study. How has pregnancy been everything that you thought it would be, or is it like a little bit? I so I have a phobia of throwing up, so when I thought I was pregnant, I was scared because I was like, when there's something in my body that I can't control. The second thing I was terrified because I was like, I hate throwing up. Like, when I had food poisoning in Thailand, I would not let myself throw up. So instead, I would walk around the hotel room like I would like take all these medicines, which unfortunately that was pregnant. But you didn't I? I was so terrified. But I have been so lucky where I've had like one or two days that I felt nauseous, but I never actually got sick. And aside from that, it's been my only symptom has been like crying a ton and stuffy nose like stuffy nose. The I can't breathe at night. Interesting. I don't know if I've ever heard of that. It's not related to pregnancy. I think it's because of my sinuses swelling or something like that. My doctor said that and I've had like a bunch of nose issues. So she was like, Oh, I think maybe it's just because like, your hormones are making your face swell. It was like, Oh, nice, I don't think you look swollen at all. I think you look the same. Your life. I'm trying to like exercise now because I'm like, like, I'm feeling insecure these days, like they have this bowling ball also. But aside from that, I've actually loved being pregnant. Like, I love it. Yeah, no. My I loved my first time I looked up to until I would say like the fourth one for me, I was like, OK, I'm getting older, I'm getting older, and it's not the same. But yeah, no, this one has been pretty good too for me. But I love that you are just you are glowing and are you not pregnant? But he's glowing on your TikToks, and I'm just like, I love this announcement when you posted the like telling your families, I sobbed like songs because I was just like, got like the support that you guys have. I love that for you. It's something that I've dreamt of telling my family. I've always been like, Oh, I can't wait to tell my parents, my sister, my brother. So it's avert the first grandkid on my side and the second grandkid on my husband's side. But my dad and my bad parents are a little bit older. They didn't start having kids until they were in their 30s, like well into their thirties. So I was like, OK, I want to make it a priority to have a child as soon as possible because of my parents and my dad. When he started crying, I was like, Oh no, like, he's just so excited. My parents were like, OK, so when are we coming out to Vegas? Like, All right, we're just going to move out to the West Coast because they're still in Michigan. And I'm like, I love it because I just want this little girl to be so loved, too. So are they going to move out to you guys? Probably not immediately. But I think once she's here, they're going be like, Oh s**t, like, what are we doing out of my shot? We've got to we got to go about. Absolutely. That's so sweet. And you said on one of your videos that Isaac has treated you like a queen. Oh my gosh, I thought it was just going to be the first trimester, you know, like, I'm sick in bed. I'm like, All right, give me my water. But he has been like, he has stepped it up and even more so it's like my attitude, like, I have been a b***h these days, and I'm just like crying all the time and super emotional, and he's just like there through it all. And yesterday I was thinking about it because he had made me lunch the night before so that I had something to eat because I was like, Oh, I'm tired of post-meeting whatever. So he made me feel so that when he was at work, I could eat. And I was like, Wow, what would I do without him? I have absolutely no idea, and it makes me so sad for people who don't have such a supportive partner because I would feel so alone right now. I still feel alone in this aspect, but I just can't imagine doing it without him. Oh, I love that, especially because you guys have like a unique dynamic too, with all the moves and things that you were doing. And so it kind of adds like that extra stressful element to your lives and then the pregnancy, obviously. But so how do you do doctors appointments then if you are like moving between house and then how do you make do you have multiple doctors? Yes. So right now I have a doctor in California and I just found a doctor in Vegas. But while he was on practice squad, I was terrified that he was in get picked up by another team because then I was like, Wait, am I going to be able to travel? Like, How far along am I going to be and then have to find a doctor I'm comfortable with? And I'm like, I want my first birth to be like, I don't know, like. Want it to be as great as possible, which I know you can't really plan for that, but I loved my doctor in Orange County, so to not be giving birth with him makes me sad. But I like my doctor here in Vegas and it sucks because you just have to ask around like from doctor to doctor. And that was kind of sketchy. Yeah, yeah. Yeah, yeah, total. I remember I moved military, so definitely not the NFL, but when I was 37 weeks when it was my second son and I was like my doctor back home was like, I can't recommend that you travel to two and a half hours to the hospital here if you're moving. So he was like, You have to find a doctor in Delaware. So like, I just don't at 37 weeks, like, what? What am I? But I found one. I loved him, loved him, loved him. And he delivered to while he didn't, he wasn't going to make it to the third. But you get what I'm saying, like he delivered more than one of my babies and it just so glad it worked out. But I'm glad that you found a good doctor because that is reassuring, you know, like when you know you're settled in. Yeah, and I don't know, being naked in front of everybody, gossips stresses me out. So I'm like, OK, am I going to like this doctor? Like, How is this going to work out? I also my placenta as super close to my cervix, which for whoever listening, there's a chance I might have to have a C-section. So hopefully that has moved away so that I can still have a vaginal or attempts that. But for a minute there I was like, I'm OK with driving back to Orange County to give birth, like we will plan for it. We'll plan do a planned C-section just drive back. It's like a four hour drive. So I wouldn't choose that at first. But yeah, you just kind of have to be flexible. But I feel like I'm not. I'm not like a super Type-A like stick to a plan kind of person. So but like, I like a tentative game plan, you know, right? Yeah. My use of your placenta is like close to you. Like, what does that mean? So if it's too close to my cervix, she can't, like, literally go through like my birthing canal to get the placenta she won the way come out first. Yeah, and that's not OK if it comes. I've never experienced no, no. OK, wow. That's because I think she would not be able to breathe if it came off her. Oh, OK, OK, I guess that makes sense, right? Because they come out and they get the air and then the placenta comes out. So OK, this baby, I'm about to have seven kids and I still don't know like what half of it like I do. Yeah, all the time. Like, I have no freaking clue. I know when they told me that I was like, Wait, what are you talking about? And they were like, Oh, like, well, they drew me a whole diagram, and I was like, OK, like, sure. I was like, Just let me know, like, like, I'm like, Oh, you're like me. Everything is usually grows away. I'm like, grows away, like over me. But yeah, I'm not stressing about it. So it's oh, good. Good, good, good. So I think I am. I'm going in for the C-section because my the bottom baby is breech, so I have to get a C-section. So we might also be aligned in the C-section thing. I don't, right? This is your first C-section. Yeah, I've never had one. So I'm I'm nervous because I've heard the recovery is brutal and I've had home births, you know, like I've had a home birth and that might give birth to you. It's incredible. Oh my gosh, I have looked into home birth and I'm like, Yeah, I'm going to be in the hospital like, I'm terrified. That's not for everybody. They're not there. I have every type of birth that there is like epidural, no epidural fentanyl, no meds at all home birth and now C-sections. I think I've covered all the bases. Yeah, like, I think this is like the best way to go out, like go out without go out with a bang, I guess. Yeah, right? Have you had any like crazy cravings, Italian food and then sweets? Oh, first like month of I found out I was pregnant. I could not stomach anything except pasta. I was like, Hosta sounds good. So I would be like six a.m. Like, Can you make me a bowl of pasta? That's so funny. I love sushi this pregnancy. And I don't even know if I'm supposed to eat it or not. So I, by the way, my doctor phrased it, is like, don't eat sushi from like the grocery store. Like, make sure it's like coming from like a fresh place, a fresh place. I've been eating sushi. I'm like, OK, they do it in Japan. They do it like and other places of the world. So as long as you're being safe about it, I eat sushi. I love sushi. I and I also think what I get is either imitation crab or it's cooked. So I think that's fine. Yeah. Who the hell knows? Like I said, you just want something new with free fried rice. I'm like, You learn something new. Hey, Carl. Yeah. How does free Thanksgiving sound? Oh, that sounds really good. Well, this year I bought it is here to give you cash back and help make sure your Thanksgiving table is complete because honestly, who wants turkey without the gravy or any other good stuff? You know, I've talked about, I bought it for ever. I'm sure you might be sick of hearing about it, but I know you use it. You're telling people about it, and it's just good practice for part of our, you know, budgeting skills. No, I love it. Y'all know we love to budget on this. So this is perfect, especially if you're wanting to save for a little flight in the future or you just want to add savings or later, whatever, whatever that looks like for you. I've looked at other apps. Other apps just give you points that don't really amount to much. But with Ibotta, you can get real cash back that you can cash out to your bank account, PayPal or even gift cards, which we love gift cards. Download the Ibotta app now and use code barely famous to start earning real cash back. Just go to the App Store or Google Play Store and download the free. I bought an app and use code barely famous. That's i b o t t a in the Google Play or App Store and use code. Barely famous. So how excited are you that Isaac is now part of the 53 man roster? Oh my gosh, I'm excited because obviously he's my husband. I'm going to be biased and be like, Oh, he deserves to be on the 53 man roster. But I think like seeing him work so hard and then like achieving that spy, it makes me so happy for him. But also selfishly, I'm like, OK, it's a lot more stable for us. And I think now it's like this breath of fresh air where we can actually enjoy the last few months of being pregnant and like looking forward to like setting up stuff here in Vegas, where as in if he was on this, if he was on practice, why we just didn't know how concrete we would have, like, set stuff up if it would have been like super, super temporary. So I literally just sent him like a dresser that I want for all of our baby clothes, like right before I got in this podcast. All right. Well, we're we're settling in. Yeah, with him being on the team. I had no idea that all of this went into like picking the NFL, like the 53 man roster I had until I started watching your videos. And like I said, I knew who you were before him. Also, I was just like, I didn't know there was like a practice squad and they still get paid. And then there's like, I had no idea about any of this. I just thought, you either make it on the 53 man roster or you don't. It's there are so many ins and outs, and I didn't even realize how many ins and outs there were because the first four or five years, my husband's career, he it was smooth sailing. He stayed with the same team for four years and then he signed a really good contract the fifth year and then the six year, which is last year. Then this year have been like a little sketchier, but they've taught me so much because I did not realize how brutal the NFL could be at times. It's a business, so I understand it. But yeah, there's a lot that happens behind the scenes that nobody gets to see. So I was like, Oh, why not tell people what's going on and why I'm crying all the time? Call. I saw this video of I had brought it up on another episode like a long time ago, but it was one of the NFL teams is a kind of like a documentary sort of thing. And they were talking about how the NFL does like, like heavily, you know? Heavy education, I guess, or like heavy talks with the family about like what kind of money they're going to bring in, how to secure their finances and like the ins and outs of that. And I thought that was really interesting because I feel like, you know, my background is TV. So I don't have we didn't have any of that. And so do you find that that that stuff is helpful, like with the NFL and like the family and things? Absolutely. They give the guys a lot of resources. They give it kind of depends on each team, how much they how many resources they give to the wife. But the teams that my husband has been on have been super supportive of. The family is super helpful, like, hey, here's this, this this. And I think that when they're rookies, they more so get an introduction into like finances and like, OK, if your family is asking for money, here's how to handle it. And I think they do a great job of helping the guys out with handling those conversations. Totally great because it's so common in the NFL for these families to feel like they're entitled like, Hey, you're going to pay for my car, right? Like, Oh, hey, you're going to pay for my apartment. And I hear horror stories, which our families have. We've never had issues with that at all, and our families are super supportive. But yeah, it well. I mean, I think a lot of talented players, you know, across the board in the NFL probably come from nothing as well, and that probably goes across the board for all major league sports, right? Like some of these people have come from nothing. So they don't even know what to do with the money themselves, let alone like how to take care of their family. So it's really interesting. I wish that more people did that and more companies did that. You know, like just because people can they get large sums of money and don't know what to do with it? And I can attest to that. Like, I got like bigger chunks of money for, you know, 18, 19 year old and then you're like, I have nothing to show for it. So I think that's really good that they do that. And the way that they try and phrase it to these guys is like, take however much you're making during the NFL and divide that upon, like the rest of your life. Because do you want to get a job right after you get out of the NFL? Probably not. So my dog's in the back. So, yeah. And Isaac has had a financial adviser from the start. Ever since he got drafted. So without him, I have no idea how he would do it all. No, it's crazy because I just got a financial adviser like within the last five years and you're just like, OK, where? Why did I not have one before? But yeah, to your point. Like what? I just don't. Even these poor people probably spend so much money and then they have to get jobs after the NFL because they don't realize, you know, they didn't invest it the right way or whatever. And yeah, people ask me all the time, they're like, Oh, yeah, like what? What's Isaac's job after the NFL? And I'm like, hopefully nothing like. Hopefully he doesn't have to work after he can retire and they will be golden. Maybe he'll be like a high school football coach. I could see him do like something that he like genuinely loves, but I'm like, I don't see him like going to Wall Street. Like, just don't see that for him. Maybe he'll be the CFO of a major hedge fund. You never know. You know, you never know. Have you gotten along with other NFL wives or is that like catty? Or do you not even like touch that? Or how does that work? I how I describe it is if you put a group of a hundred random women into a room, who are you going to gravitate towards? It's just like that. Like you get along with some girls, you get along, you don't get along with others. But I think that's just like life in general. Yeah, but we've been super, super grateful to be on each team. We've found a really great group of couples or people on the team that we really get along with. So I really haven't had any issues like the cattiness and stuff like that. I feel like it's that's more like what people assume. Yeah, I feel I feel like I've encountered that, not as often as people would think. And usually it's like one or two people and their husband has a huge contract and you're like, OK, I guess I could like expect that. Like, why not? But some of my best friends are their husbands are on different NFL teams because I've met them at different teams. And now we just stay in touch because they understand what kind of lifestyle we're living like. One of my best friends, she gave birth during football season last year, so she's able to like, bring me through this year and kind of like it. Tell me about what's going to happen and has that been helpful? Because sometimes I feel like you need that one person that knows pretty much exactly what you're going through. Absolutely. And it's crazy because the NFL doesn't get any type of paternity leave. So she had a C-section and her husband had to leave four hours after she got out of surgery. So, oh wow, it's a quick turnaround. But knowing what's going to happen, I like, I like to prepare for the worst. That way, if that happens and I'm good to go, so is the actually December 15th is still during football season. So you're definitely OK. So there's definitely a possibility that he could have to. Leave right away. Yeah, there's actually a possibility that he would be at a away game, too. We're hoping that it doesn't come to that because he would be in a different state when I'm going into labor, but we just can't travel. Oh my god. No, I'm nervous for you because I hate. I hate my last baby daddy, right? Like, I can't stand him, but I made sure he was like, I made sure he had the opportunity to be there, even though I said I didn't want to. So like, I don't want that for you. I want. But would you have your set like your? Would your parents coming to town to support you during that time or like you have someone that would be there with you? I've started out. If you need me right now, I'm like, I need, you're going to need somebody. I've started looking into getting a dual I just for like me and my own peace of mind. So like, someone can bring me through that process because I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes. Say it'll be the best money you ever spent. And I also looked into getting a night nurse because he will have to still go to work and like he still has to, like, pay for our family. So I was like, I think a night nurse might be something that's super crucial, and we're probably going to start looking into it very, very soon because it's coming up in like two months, but I just want to be as prepared as possible. I have not yet done a night air, so I don't have experience on that. I'm also getting a night nurse this time because No. Two, Yeah, and I just it's scary because you actually how he'll get. He put in a request for two weeks off, but you won't get paid. So, you know, he doesn't get any paternity leave at all, really. It's just days that he's taking off. And it's like, you know, I can't, I don't know, I'm scared, but we'll get through that. It'll be fine. We're all in this together, right? You know, it's just America just not giving us the resources, but that's a different topic. I don't want to follow other podcast topics that we could go on for hours about. I literally bring that up all the time, like they do not prioritize families and moms and kids and and child care is insane. I, oh god. I think I've been hearing about all the stuff happening right now with child care and people losing their jobs. And oh my gosh, that is absolutely insane. I was making a joke with the director of my kids go to private preschool, and I was when they found out I was having twins and we were laughing about it and I was like, I you know, I'm about to have seven kids come through here like, do I get an award or something like a discount on tuition like she? Yeah, she's like, we've never had a family of seven come through here. So great. So are you all going to get me this four one two four one? Like, we do something for my loyalty and they really fearless. And they were like, No, I don't care. They don't care. They're just looking at you with like money assigned. So they're I. Yeah, they're like, We can't wait to get both of your kids and you're right. Fine, whatever. As we get older, our responsibilities and challenges increase, and that can cause stress levels to rise. I can attest to that. Christine can attest to that. And you know, as we get older, we do prioritize sleep more than ever, I feel. So instead of lingering on your phone before bed, we are advocating for a simple self-care routine with the hatch restore to. Absolutely. And honestly, like, we should be prioritizing quality sleep because it's the best way to take care of yourself. I have been using the hadrosaur to for a couple of months now. We've talked about this before. I know you ordered one as well. And first of all, it's so pretty. My in-laws are actually over this weekend and they were in my bedroom. I was showing me something else in my closet and they saw it on the nightstand. They didn't know what it was, so I was explaining it to them how it's like, you know, your sleep partner. And they were just astonished at how pretty it looked like. They had no idea did anything I will patch in general. We're a huge family. All the kids have hatches in their room. They had to resort to it, teaches your body when it's time to sleep and when it's time to rise with a light and sound cue, which I love, and there's a couple different options. It can coach you through meditation and mindfulness exercises, and you're going to love this for a restful sleep. No matter what, whether you sleep with white noise, pink noise, brown noise, you're going to love it. I'm a huge fan. I was cycling through the different noise options and testing everything out. I'm really resonating right now with the pink noise, which I love this because I didn't know about any other type of noise outside of white noise until I got this half. Corey has discovered his love for brown noise. He also loves just how nice it looks to, which is phenomenal. It's so sleek it compliments like any style. They have a variety of different colors that can fit like any aesthetic, and I think this would be a great gift for the holidays coming up. Definitely. So right now, Hatch is offering our listeners $20 off your purchase of a hatch restore to and free shipping at hatch.com/ barely famous. So separately, so he is in the NFL, he does his, you know, he has his career and then you have your new podcast and then you have your social media. And then I did someone did tell me to do like Airbnbs or something. Yeah, we own two Airbnbs. Oh, do you like investment properties too? OK, so you guys have full frickin schedules at all times? Yes. Yeah, it's really hard to handle. We just ended up hiring an assistant, and we're still trying to get her acclimated into like, OK, so I need you to do this on this front and then do this on this front and then do this and this. And it's like crucial. You know this because I'm about to have a baby, so like you better figure it out soon. So, yeah, we have a lot of s**t going on. And then you throw into like, you know, my husband's side hustle, which is the nfl. jokingly side hustle. But. And then we're moving. And there's all these like different pieces that are just it blows my mind. Like, Yeah, yeah. So on a scale of one to 10, how tired are you? Because I pregnancy alone, I'm on a 10, and then you have had other stuff going on, OK? I don't know how you're. And I literally said to Kristen, I was like, I wish that I could make content like her, like, I wish that I was like, But I'm tired. Like, I look like I'm on drugs most of the time because I can't even open my eyeballs. So I just don't know how you're doing it and you look great doing it, all of it. Honestly, it has to be just social media, like giving off. It's like fake persona because there have been so many times where I've like been like, Oh my god, I'm so creatively drained because I'm just exhausted from trying to, like, organize my life or move or do something. And then I want to film like videos because that's what I love to do. I love to be like comedic and random and whatever. And then I'm like, I have nothing left in my tank to give out. So I feel like sometimes I'm just like pouring from an empty cup and then I start crying. So I've been there. I know, I know. It sounds rough right now, but you're going to you'll find you're like, you'll get into your swing like once you figure it out and it'll be like second nature. But have you guys talked about like the division of responsibilities in the mental load and all of that for like when you have your daughter? We just started talking about it last night because I was like, OK, at everyone shows these like graphics on Instagram, because that's all my Instagram is these days. It's like birthing in like they really know me. I'm here for you, literally. So we I've been seeing all these things of like things you talk about before a baby comes, things you should talk about. So we've really started to try and dive into like, OK, what is it going to look like? It's just hard because the first month is still going to be football season. So the first month is going to be so different from then when we move back into our home and everything's settled and we're organized. So the first month, I feel like is going to be a little bit of a s**t show. But yeah, like literally a s**t show, I'm sure. But I think that's what I'm going to like. Bring in the parents, bring in the in-laws, like, really ask for help. And then when we go to Texas, which is where we're living during the off season, it'll be hopefully a little bit more organized because then he won't have anything to do. He won't have s**t to do. So he's going to do everything. How long is the off season for you guys? Because obviously I know that he probably starts training before the football season actually starts, right? Yeah, he he like once all season hits, he still works out every single day, so it's kind of just year-round, but he doesn't have to. Like Super is February February. So what are some teams already on their offseason by then? Yeah. So if you don't make it to playoffs, your season ends in the middle of January. OK, so OK. So what we'll see is it's early on in the season, so we're not sure if the Raiders would go to playoff Super Bowl. Obviously, you cross your fingers and hope so. Yeah. Of course. Yeah, we'll see how how it goes. One of my very best friends lives in Vegas, and she was saying she didn't know. She doesn't know that you're on the podcast right now, but she we're talking about Travis Kelce. And then she brought she sent me a Raiders player and I was like, No, Tony, like, absolutely not. Like, No, but I'm like, I keep forgetting that the raiders are even in Vegas because they were not Vegas. Yeah, like, like recently, like, I think it's been like three or four years. Maybe it's very recent, which is Delaware doesn't have a team, so I don't know if, like, maybe all my kids can start one. It'll be great. All seven of my children can be part of the 50 the 53 man roster. So Delaware does not have a football team that's so funny. But OK, so you'll have you'll have some help for the first month and then you guys can kind of settle in. So then the off season, what if they don't, which they are going to make the playoffs, his marathon and oh for sure. Oh, mid-January, until when would you live in Texas? Probably up until it depends. So there's like OTAs, which is team workouts and that lasts from. April until the beginning of June, and he didn't go to office last year because he wasn't on a team, which was great because that's the months that I was first trimester pregnancy. So I'm actually really happy that we got that time. But if you are on a team during that time, he goes to the city that he's playing in and it's like four hours a day of workouts. So technically it'll be January to April, and then we'd move again and then go back four until June to end of July. There's a lot of moving parts. I do not envy you in that way. Are you in that way? Movie live very minimally. So hard? Yeah, I guess you have to, because you don't know where and then your family's in Michigan. And yet my family is in Michigan. My sister's in San Diego. My brother's in Arizona. His family is all spread out through the U.S. So I'm like, OK, if you went to a team somewhere in a different state, like the odds are, we know somebody in that state are high, but we'll do everything to the East Coast. I'm over here and I'm within a two hour drive of New York, Philly, D.C. He hasn't been on an East Coast team yet. It's been Midwest and then West Coast. OK, OK, so there's a possibility you can have had this way, right? Absolutely. Yeah. I mean, we're not going to we're not going to knock that off the right set out to knock it off the table yet. I don't know why this question is on here, but I'm actually laughing. Has I got any dumb fines and how annoying is that? What is a dumb fine like the fines? I have no idea what that is. Oh, like, maybe Marshawn Lynch would just show up just so he didn't get fined. So like this, you can't get fined for your times. I thought you said fines. I was like, like vintage fines. Like I say, definitely like like thrifting now. Yes, OK, he's gotten fined. I think he got fines like seven thousand dollars for an untucked shirt. What seven grand. Yeah. And then like another five grand for his socks not being high enough and like his knees showing? Well, wouldn't they check those types of things in the locker room? You would think so. But then when you're playing like it just falls down like so they they can penalize them at any point. And I think he's had one penalty that was twenty thousand dollars, and it was because he hit a player in a certain way. And it was like, You just say I got twenty thousand two, OK for Aquaphor. And he probably didn't do it on purpose. Oh yeah, he didn't do it on purpose, but it's 20 grand and there's no way out of things like that. Seven thousand for uniform stuff. Like What if there is if you if it's like you're first, like if it's your first time, like unpacking your shirt or whatever, you can go with your agent and like talk to a council and get it down. I think he got one of his lines down to like four hundred dollars, which I'm like, OK, that's like a very expensive ticket, but like whatever. But some of them, he's had to pay, unfortunately. And then it's like buying for stuff like this. Like when she says dumb things. I thought it was like, like Marshawn Lynch, I'm only here because I have to be. I'm only here because I'm contractually obligated, you know, stuff like that. No, he gets like fine during the games for like the stupidest s**t. But oh my God, the fines. If you don't show up to like you're late for like a meeting for a team, it's like ten ten thousand twenty thousand. Like, do not miss a meeting. Like make sure you got to set all of your alarms. That's crazy. Why did I not know that you need to do a tick tock on that? I know how many fines there are. Yeah. What? And like you just don't know until after the game or you get you get like a letter saying like, you're the fine that you had or you're like, I don't even remember my shirt being untucked or my my socks fell. Oh yeah. But they make sure that they get their evidence. They're like, We're we're making our money, we're making it like us. Oh my gosh, how annoying is it when people criticize you on your TikToks about your husband? I saw your video about where something about people saying, like, Are you embarrassed or something like that? I'm like, No, she's not f**king embarrassed. Why would she be embarrassed? I think it's so funny when people say that, but it's always people that have never tried to go to the NFL because if they did, they would realize how hard it is. And at the end of the day, I think the average in the NFL is two and a half years. So my husband's on year seven. I'm like, I promise you, I know how hard he's worked, how many years he's been here. Like, there's nothing to be embarrassed about. And even if you get like a camp invite and that's the most you ever touched the NFL, it's like, that's still impressive. Like nobody like, it's so rare to have talent. Like, there's the reason why you're getting. Well, I did not know the average is two and a half years. That's insane. Yeah. How long did what was his name? Danny, Danny Manziel, Danny. When Danny was a dirty little. Yeah, I think so. I don't even think he needed to know how many years he played. But, you know, he played a lot. Oh, he did. Oh, OK. I just remember him. I don't. He fell off the face of the Earth, and I thought, maybe he didn't make it the two and a half years, but he did. Maybe he did. Maybe he didn't then maybe I'm just I should probably let you know more, I don't know. Shouldn't I go home? I will say there's when it comes to like older players, I don't know that much, but when it comes to current players, I'm like, Oh, OK, I know of that guy. I know this guy has been league a while. So you knew Travis and Jason Kelsey before Taylor Swift. Like, Yes, OK, got it. Just yeah, because he's a really good he is a really good, tight end. No. All right. All this holiday season, we want to unwrap inspiration with super fun science, technology and art projects for kids with Kiwi Co. with nine different subscription options for different ages and subjects. I was just showing Krista in this video that I made of our Kiwi co-create, and I can tell you we got some really cool ones this month. I am so excited and this is why I just feel like everyone who needs a gift idea for a child from any age, literally from infancy up to teens would benefit from Kiwi, so they deliver hands on projects right to your door every month. I'm obsessed and we got the Glow Lab for 14 Plus, which is for Isaac. We're obsessed. It's the chemistry of fluorescence. And that one sounds really fun. No, and it looks fine like it just looks so much fun. And he could do it for, you know, like a school project or just for fun, just at home. And then for Lincoln, we got the light up wire art and that's electronics plus art. So it's literally like a neon sign. You create your own neon sign, which I think is super cute. And then we got the science of cooking ice cream, the kitchen chemistry for Lux. That's the five plus. Are you taste testing? Oh, absolutely. You know, I have, you know, have to. I'm absolutely obsessed because all of my kids fit into this. And if you're looking to give a gift for a child that has everything or maybe just need something new instead of, you know, the toy that sits in the corner of their room, this is it. I sold this gift idea from you after you said it would be great, and we're complaining about the gifts that your kids get and you collect stuff and they don't really get to have fun with it or use it. So I took your idea when you said this would be perfect because everything comes to your door. And now every time any of my friend's kids have birthdays, I'm always gifting Kimiko crates and I will be doing the same for the upcoming holidays. No, that's perfect. You guys can discover hands on fun with Kiwi. Go get your first month free on any crate line at Kiwi code.com/ famous at your first month, free at k i w i c o.com/ famous. And what I was scrolling on tick tock before this and this little boy. His mom said something to him and he goes about Travis Scott. Huh? Huh. Like, I just could not understand what his mother was saying to him, and I was cracking up because even this little boy knew. Insane a lot, right? There's a group there's like a group of like at least four or five guys and every NFL team that like you've heard of, you know of or like they're incredibly good or they got a huge contract. And I'm like, Travis Kelsey, like, that's one of the guys. Travis Coutts Yeah, no. And Jason Kelsey is just like a big old teddy bear that we all just want to just want to hug him. Like, see everyone happy guys like him that I'm like, OK, if his brother wasn't also in the NFL and like the whole Donna Kelsey and all the stuff last year that happened with her mom, and then both got both going to Super Bowl like he's a guy that could fly under the radar. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. And I think he's in his 12th year in the NFL. But there are so many guys like that that are huge like family guys, teddy bears. They're usually o linemen, which is super funny, and they just like him last throughout the NFL. I was going to say, like, when you say that Isaacs went in for seven years, it's like, how did he go under the radar for so right? But that's like a good thing. I feel, too, because you're not in the mix of all. Like, you know what, we what viewers and consumers think of, like the cattiness and the drama and like real husband or NFL wives and things like that. So I mean, that's kind of cool, right? Oh, absolutely. I'm like also, it's just like, you know, it's not the most stable job, but like it has been for Isaac. So it's always like something to expect. Like, you know, you've been there, you've done it. And every year I'm like, Oh, it's a new team. But like, we know what to expect every year. So it's a very comfortable lifestyle, even though we have to move all the time. I like it a lot. It's fun. Well, I like it for you. If you like Nick, I love it. Yeah, no. Definitely never boring. Definitely always on your toes. But tell me about your new podcast because I did subscribe to it today. And I know you have like three or four episodes up, so I'm excited to listen. I don't know. I'm not a sports, really. I play lacrosse. I'll teach you about sports and like the things that I've tried to make it consumable for women. So it's not like you have to know crazy about the NFL or football in general. But I was like, there's no podcast that talks in a not simpler terms about counting. These people are stupid that are listening to it, but it's just like more consumable and digestible. I feel like sometimes football podcasts are just jumping into a conversation. You're like, I don't know who any of these people are. Yeah, no. My son was playing tackle southern seven to almost 10 years old. And I, I mean, it took me all three years to like kind of get on board. It's like, what's going on? Like, I had no idea what, like possession and turnovers and all that and just what the positions were outside of a fricking quarterback. I had no idea that the center was a f**king lineman. Also, like I thought, he just snapped the ball and his job was done. I know, right? So it's just it's nice to have that. And I feel like women are so underrated and undervalued in the sports industry. So I feel like that's like, perfect for you. Absolutely. And I genuinely love sports. Like before I met my husband, I loved football. I went to all of my college's football games, didn't miss one, and then I met my husband. I was like, Wait, I actually love watching. And like, Yeah, not just him. I'm not just watching out for his number, but watching the entire game. And then over the past few years, I've just like really have like a passion for like trying to bring woman into, like learning about it and talking about it. And everyone says, Oh my God, I hate my husband or boyfriend watching all these football games or scream at the TV. What's going on? Bother me. That's never bothered me. I mean, he doesn't like. So I've tried to make it so that this podcast will teach women or other people who just don't know anything about the sport. More so it's more interesting because I think football can be so interesting if you know what's going on. Oh, it's more enjoyable for women to if you know what's going on, right? Right? That goes across the board for all the sports, right? I didn't really love my son playing basketball until I went to an NBA game because I could I could see what was going on, what was going on. But now I love that and all these women that give their husbands a hard time about watching football, they can be doing a lot of other things. I will be stoked if my husband stay at home, stay at home, stay at home and watch football all day on Sunday. That's perfect. It sounds good to me. Absolutely. And especially if you like, they drag you to a football game. It's like, OK, you can get a drink, you can get hot dogs, you can get nachos. It's just the whole atmosphere. Five. Yeah, oh yeah. Yeah, I saw Alex Earl is also dating an NFL player. Well, what's his name? Braxton Bryson. And yeah, so did you know who he was before her? I only knew of him because he really good friends with one of my husband's best friends, so it's just a mutual person we know of. So that's why I knew of him. I actually had no idea who he was until Alex, so that should be. That's my Taylor and Travis Kelsey, right? Putting him on the map. But I thought it was cute how she did her like little jersey in Jersey and like, made it like a jacket. I'm like, This is so cute. Like, you guys should want to go to the football games just for the fashion. Like just right. Have a good time. Get dressed up to the whole tailgate thing like, I love that. That's something I know that I look. I looked forward to the weekends like, I look forward to home games so much because I'm like, Oh, it's something to do, and it's an activity like you look forward to. So I love it. Well, I hope. Are you able to go to away games right now or now? Yeah. My last game I get to go to is like, I think it's cutting it close, but I'm going to my parents house. So if anything happens, at least I'm going to have support. But I the last weekend is Halloween weekend, so I'm going to be traveling to my last game. It's in Michigan, so it like I'm going to the bank to see with my parents. Yes. And then no more traveling for me. Unfortunately, that's OK, though it's all for. It's all for the greater good, right? Absolutely. They told me I couldn't go to. I wanted to go, Where were I think, New York? Maybe for something and my team, the doctors and stuff were like, absolutely not. Like they rolled their eyes at me and I was like, I just don't feel like a two and a half hour drive step out. And they were like, You're having twins in your high risk. And I was like, You know, guys like New York has great hospitals, right? Like, I don't know, you're like, it's going to be fine. I love that. Well, I'm sorry. Yeah, no. No stress. Every week before we end, I dating profiles and we just laugh at them because they're absolutely outrageous. I'm sorry that they're submitted to me. These are not ones that I've come across, thankfully. OK, so Jessie is thirty six. Actually, I wish I could show you this. I wish I could show you this. It looks like he doesn't have any teeth, but that's neither here nor there. I'm looking for a relationship with sex every day. Someone who would like to move in with me that can cook for me and keep me fed and help me with house cleaning. And you have to keep me satisfied in bed and that is in caps. I don't have kids, I don't want kids, I don't do kids and religious. Religion is not welcome around me. If I can't eat your no, I can't eat your no. What does that mean? If I can't eat your number, then I don't want you. A real woman in a relationship will not say no to giving me sex in capital letters. I'm I think that's a hired position. I don't know if that's definitely a Craigslist ad that you need to take off or whatever this dating app is it? I don't know what Tinder may be or what color is clearly not Christian Mingle. No, and it's definitely not farmers mi.com either. Oh my god, what is wrong with you? I'm just like, You guys have to be trying to deter women because this is not going to get you a hookup at all. I I feel like I'm not surprised in a way, though I can't. I like I. I've made it this far in my life to never have to go on a dating site, so I'm super grateful for that. But man, if I was ever single, which I never will be, but if I was, I would be terrified of these dating sites. I don't know how I could single people do it. No, and even if it's even if you have like a funny, like, witty profile, I would imagine you still attract creeps at some like to some degree, right? I feel like if it's witty, it's still kind of a red flag, which sucks because you're like, you want somebody that's witty and has like this great relief, but I don't know how it comes across on like, well, the next one says, Well, this one doesn't have a picture, so we're just going to use our imaginations, which lucky lady is going to move in and co-sign on a new truck for me. Currently unemployed, looking for a woman that wants to take care of me? If not, I'm all cool by myself. I'm only in for benefits could be more if you act right, but it's time for us men to turn these tables. He is five 10 and located in Toledo, Ohio.
