This episode is brought to you by Peloton for Peloton December offer head to one Peloton.com/ offers. Well, I will say this will be the only podcast that Gino and Joey, my sons will be like, yeah, like maybe they'll actually even listen to it. What's up, guys, it's Melissa, welcome to another episode of On Display. All right, so it's my favorite time of the year and it's Christmas week, so it's my favorite week of the year. I'm sure you guys are all really like feeling the holiday spirit right now. I know I am. I have done all the things leading up to this week. I have gone to every Christmas concert I possibly could. I had my cousins weekend in New York City. I went to Mariah Carey, which Christmas doesn't start until you see Mariah, right? I've made cookies. I've made sprinkle cookies. I've done it all. I've done all the décor. Now I am ready to Chyna. This is when you know what you see on Instagram and they're like slams laptop shut. Like, I am slamming the laptop. Am I saying that right? I'm slamming the laptop shut until for two weeks, like literally for two weeks. I want to slam the laptop shut. But no, I'm very, very excited about Christmas. I'm hosting Christmas Eve this year and I have a lot of fun things up my sleeves. I am not cooking. I'm doing a little bit of the cooking. We did order. We did order from an awesome, awesome caterer, awesome catering company here in New Jersey. Shout out to Bam Catering. They are like top notch. So thank you so much. I've been planning with them my whole, you know, the whole entire list, from appetizers to my seven fishes to the eggplant, you name it. We are. We're doing it all. So I've been, you know, working hard behind the scenes to do that. But I'm super excited. I actually have my mother, my sister, my cousins, like everyone, is coming to my house this year. So very excited about that, and I have a couple tricks up my sleeve, so I bought a huge karaoke machine I'm going to make. We're doing karaoke this year, so I'm sure that'll be all over Instagram. So make sure you guys tune in to watch us sing like Dead Birds on karaoke. I also, I kind of don't even want to see this because I don't want them to hear it, but I secretly hired Christmas carolers that are just going to like and they're going to be fully decked out with like full like I want them holding the lanterns with like the lit candle with the hats and all the things. So I'm surprising my fam this year. Don't tell them. And you know, the Christmas carolers are going to knock on the door. I bought Joe Gorga a Santa costume off Amazon the other day, and I am literally like going to fill up a bag of toys for the little ones that are going to be here. Have some of my friends coming to you that have little kids, so we're going to fill up, fill up a Santa's bag and I want it to be old school like my grandmother used to do and my grandfather. It has to be like a pillowcase. I don't know why. It was always a pillow case, so I'm making this Joe Gorga Santa Claus come in with a pillowcase probably full of like dollar store and toys, but that's what we're going to do. We're going to do all the things this year. So and you guys know on Christmas Day, we do Secret Santa, so do not miss that. We always end up posting that all over Instagram to where we do our raps about our cousins. And I know you guys all look forward to our Secret Santa raps, so I'm not going to lie. I have not prepared mine and I actually have someone this year that I don't normally get and I'm very, very close to. So I feel like I should start writing my rap or I'm going to be disappointed in myself because I didn't perform the way I want it to. So I'm going to get on that tomorrow. I swear I'm going to start my rap, but I just really, you know, before we get into this episode, I just want to say, you know, another year has gone by. I love you guys so much. I cannot thank everyone enough for all their support, and I really, truly hope you have such an amazing holiday. Merry Christmas to all of you guys. You're absolutely like the best. I read all your DMs. I love you guys so much, but don't go anywhere because right now we're going to have such an awesome episode. I'm so, so excited about these two girls. I'm sure these ladies need no introduction, but here we go from being the main divas for years in professional wrestling to being on their own reality show to now hosting a dating television show, I have with me Nikki and Brie, the Garcia twins. Yay. Hello. Hi. Thank you for that. Of course. Well, you guys have you. You guys have done a lot like, I feel like there's a whole long history and career of the two of you guys. Like working together. I'm so happy that you still like each other. That's about. All right. Well, I guess we have to because they're stopped. But we love each other. We do. I love that. I love that you guys are so close. I feel like my first introduction and I know, you know you. I feel like we haven't really had like a proper introduction where we've met in person, but we've definitely been at NBC events together. I've seen you guys in passing, but I feel like I know you guys from when my children, my little, I have two little boys. When they were young, it was like the WWE in the ballots ways, and that's how I felt like. I knew you guys from that. So. I love that. But I don't. Q I do. It's so funny because now will her and I were Christmas shopping yesterday and we'll get so many boys to come. They will come up to us and the big you are my childhood crush. I'm like even little girls that oh yeah. I mean, it's funny because now at our age, we're getting there. Oh my gosh, I grew up watching you when I was like a child. I'm like, Awesome. Yeah, we're there. We're there, you know, it's been a long time. Well, I will say this will be the only podcast that Gino and Joey, my sons, will be like, Yeah, my I like the exciting that I said. Maybe they'll actually even listen to it because they don't listen to my podcast, my boys. But oh, I love them. So yes, they will be so excited, and I know I get that to where it's like we grew up watching you and I'm like, How old am I? Like, what's happening to me? And it's like, it's wild to hit like that midpoint. You know, it is wild, and it's sometimes a hard light to swallow for me because I just like I look at them with like they have ten heads and I'm like, molests and I'm like, Oh, you grew up watching? I get it. I've been on TV for 14 years. I mean, you girls have been on TV for how long? Six, 16, 17. Yeah, yeah. Since 2007. Yeah, I guess. Oh my gosh. Six That yeah. So it makes perfect sense that a six year old is going to walk up to you now at twenty something and say, I've been watching you, you know, the whole time I've been growing up. And so right, well, you know, it really messed me up is our mom had us young and when we graduated high school, my mom was 38 years old and we're 40 and I'm like, what? It's hard for me to even comprehend that because I feel like I'm way too young to have a high schooler. I feel like I'm like, cool, like a high schooler. Yeah. So that always like just puts so much in perspective and it trips me out. But I think like to your point, like when you were saying how it's like hard. I think when you have been on television for a long time, like we're just kind of like, I mean, I feel like I'm an old soul, but like we're younger in the way. Like, I just don't think any of us feel our age right and we stay very young and hip and cool. At least that's what I think. And so I might challenge you on that. No, but meaning like so it hits a little harder when I'm like, We are, we like almost the same age and you just realize, no, you're like becoming 20 years older than a lot of these people. And I'm like, Whoa, isn't that crazy? That's a very it's like a hard not as well for me because I feel like we're kind of on the same. We're kind of on the same era there, right? So it's like, I definitely I feel that as well. I didn't realize while your mother, you, your mother was 38. When you graduate, when you graduated high school, that's really young. Yes. Yeah. Can you even believe that? No. I felt like I was young when my daughter graduated. It was, I mean, I was 43, but 38 is. Yeah. Well, it's funny because my mom's like the my favorite decade was my 40s, and I'm like, Yeah, because all your kids are out of the house literally like they were all in college. I'm like, I got young ones. I'm like, I do feel like the Forties are going to be one of the greatest decades for us. But it's funny because I'm like, Yeah, I'm still in the fog. That mom fog like trying to catch up on sleep. Yeah, I'm on for hours right now, but not even his fault. My fault. Yeah, he slapped my my little one sleeps, which is great. But other things make it. You guys have time. I will. I will confirm that I do. I am in my 40s and I do love it. It is an awesome decade. I do like so far, so good. So far, so good. I like that. Like, if I think about it from back in the day, did you know how they say you feel like it's old? But now I'm like, what? I'm thriving. All right. Totally agree. We just got into it a few weeks ago. So, oh wait. How old are you guys? We just turned 40. Yeah. November 21st. OK, well, there you go. Welcome. Welcome. Thank you. But this so I have a question because so many people tell us like, it's the best decade. Why do you think it is? What makes it the best? I think I have to be honest. I think and for me, being on the reality show helps me realize these things sooner because I get to, like, reflect and watch myself behave. But for me, it's definitely just coming into your own. It's your financial status. I would say it's your been there, done that. I know what I want. I know what I don't want. It's not about who are we going to be friends with? What's my friend group going to be? What the moms at school like? Who do I want to talk to, who don't like? Nothing matters except for what makes you happy in your 40s, literally like friendships for the food you want to eat. If you want to exercise whatever you want to do, it's literally to. Please yourself a lot more in your 40s than it is in your 20s, in your 30s that I will I will definitely say so. Yeah, it it's it's it's so far, so good. So happy birthday. What are you guys? What's your so? So we're the custom Scorpio and Sagittarius. Yeah, yeah. Let's assume November 21st. She is full on Scorpio. I feel like I'm more Sagittarius, right? Joy. And I think it's all like What you do. All right. You always like, make everything a negative with no. Yeah, but she it is, I will say, being twins. It is crazy how I do feel like we split that same, though. No, totally like the cuts we do for sure. And I have to give a shout out before we get into this to Olivia, who does my hair and who also also works with you guys, right? And does hair with you guys. She's the one who was like, You need to have the ballots once on you with love them. You guys are also similar. I was like, Oh my God, I want them. Yes. Yes, I know best. She is my favorite person. Yes. Me too. She's the she's the sweetest. She's so nice. All right. So before we dive into your brand new show, I want to get to know you to a little bit more as twins. Obviously, you guys are identical twins and you're known to have so much in common, right, when there's identical twins, but I want to know all the opposites. So tell me the things that you guys are absolutely, very obviously like polar opposite on. I it's like a couple of different things. I mean, I would have said fake boobs, but you got some so. So I feel like for sure, style like I like. Yeah, our style for sure. Are you? What's your style? So I have to say I feel like I'm boho chic and it right? Yeah, your body can be boho grunge, but like, definitely boho in there. I've always boho mom. Yeah. So said, try to put it together. But yeah, but I definitely feel, yeah, my style, everything I'm always gravitating toward. I buy is very bohemian and I guess me, I go from like, edgy to chic to, like, feel like rhinestone cowgirl. What are they called the sweat pant leg? Oh, and then I'm just I'm very like, like a glam guy, right? All right. Glam. Like elevated athletic where I like. I've always been like a sexy tomboy, whether it was in the morning or outside the ring or when I was young or still at my age, I'm still buying outfits. I feel like they're trying to promote women in their twenties, but I just love a good spaghetti strap, tank top and big old sweats. Same same. I, like everything I see on Instagram is like the hat with the tank top with the rolled sweats with like, yes, sneakers. That's all me, I guess I like. So you guys have a little bit who's more like, who's type? Who's more of like the planner? That'd be me for sure. Yeah, but we have it like in different ways. That's true. Yeah, because I plan a lot, but you will, too. But. And how we are with our closets like color coordinating goes from tanks to long sleeves. We both are like extreme when it comes like organizing all those different things. I agree with you. Yeah, yeah. OK, so Brees, more of a planner. What about who's more social? Like, which one of you is more an introvert? Which one of you likes this world that you're living in, like the world knows you guys. When you walk down the street who enjoys that more and who who could take it and you could leave it? I could. I feel like out of a spot, I could definitely leave it. Yeah, I could see that. Yeah. I think she enjoys it more social and like the mom world, like, she's really good about playdates and like doing all the things within the community where I'm more an introvert in that way, I just kind of stick to myself and my son and Artem when, yeah, when it comes to social, you think, Oh, dinner parties, that's it. Yeah, exactly. Like, I'm more, yeah, I do everything like in the community, different events. And she's very much like, I call her like an Etsy Pinterest mom, like she's great with DIY and all the seasons and the holidays. And I'll be like free. You're more domestic, you're a little bit more free domestic. I'm so domestic and I am not, and I keep thinking I'm going to catch on, and I just I don't think I will. It's not me, my style. Yeah, not for everyone. Yeah. Right. Like, I'll tell her, I'm like, Hey, maybe like things. You should do this or that. Like, she'll tell me, like just some mom s**t and wifey s**t. But I mean, my son loves every. I mean, I make a lot of things fresh for him, and he's just more my vibes too. So he doesn't, you know, so he's show with it. He's like, Yeah, yeah, totally. OK, so I need to know, have you guys? I mean, you've always been identical. Has there ever been like a man swap that has happened or like someone that you both that you both dated like any kind you? Twin hot twin girl info. We have no no man swaps. It's crazy because we've heard of twins doing this and we've been like, you really like gross like. Thankfully, we don't have the same type. At least we feel like we don't. And growing up, we didn't. But we've never had a man swap at all. But we know of twins that have which tripped me on trips me out. I'm sure I feel like I only read about that in movies, but I know that has to be real, that they actually, yeah. Oh for sure. Well, there was someone who had interviewed us and she told us, like she dated one twin for bed and they broke up and then, after a little b***h, start dating the other twin. And I was like, Oh, and maybe that's more they were guy twins, so maybe it's more a guy twin thing. I feel like girls get too emotional about things or like, get grossed out and get the egg, but I could see maybe male twins doing it more. That's so weird, though. Still, I think it's so male twins I can definitely see doing it more. All right. Well, while we're speaking about men, what what are different things you guys like in men? Do you guys have totally different taste in men? I mean, your husbands are opposite, right? Yeah, we thought they were because, you know, you hear professional ballroom dancer and a professional wrestler. So you're like, Yeah, they're different. That's that was my thought. Right? Yeah. And then we're like, Well, wait, they both have beards. They both. Well, Brian, her husband doesn't drink at all. Mine barely drinks. They are very into health and wellness and fitness and healthy brains like all of it, inside and out. So sweet. So, so sweet. Very sweet, man. They love the outdoors. So when we start to break them down and this just happened recently because of her show, we were like, Oh my gosh, they're so like, we never thought we'd ever marry guys. So we're really what feels different is their profession. Yeah, of course. Very different. And for my listeners that are listening right now and don't know, Bree is married to a professional wrestler and Nikki is married to a professional ballroom dancer. He's on Dancing with the Stars. Yes, he does. Yes. So it's so opposite. But you're saying their personalities and their love for family and the way they treat you guys is very similar. Yes, sure. And how they look at life and how they live life, it's and you even think when it comes to their careers, they're very like, they can't do too many things at once. They have their one one thing they focus on. They can only focus on that. Nothing else. I mean, when you think about, it's crazy, this is the same. And I mean, you know us as women, we can handle like a lot. So we give them one task because we both will be like, Oh my gosh, we can only do one task. They can't do it all. But when we are growing up, we're in a very different guy. She was like rockers, skaters, mine were like hardcore jocks. And so if you looked at like all of our exes and like from middle school on up, they were night and day different everyone. Yeah, rain tattoos would have been the only same thing with some of them, right? You know, Mark Owen Richie, like they were so opposite, but yet they had like, covered in tattoos for sure. Yeah. Love it. I love this for you guys. It's a dating show about twins, though, correct? Give us a look. Yes. Talk to me about this. So it's it's a reality dating show with twins, also as a social experiment. So what's really neat about this is from the creators of Love Island. So you're going to get those Love Island vibes, but take it up a notch and make it more of a social experiment. So we bring on 10 sets of identical twins and what they don't know until they arrive to Brunei is that we split them up and create two identical houses. So there's a Nikki House and there's Brie House and where we want to see the social experiment kick in is do these twins fall for the same twins when they're in the house? Do they date the same? There's all these different said studies were twins, because when our show started to learn about the science behind it, they realize that identical twins and there's a difference between identical maternal. But they get married later on in life. They just feel like they're born with that soulmates. So an identical twin is never yearning for that partner that you would have to live the rest of your life with. And then it's fun because we bring in the reality dating aspect. So you get a lot of the sexiness and the drama. But of course, we have to throw in twists and turns, so we bring in bombshells what we call so we will throw in twin bombshells during the show. And when you get to this towards the end of the show, the twins that have found love separately, we throw them all into one house, then to see how these twins are with their twin back in the house. So there's so much to take in every episode, but you're so hooked and the show's been out and you can binge it on Prime Video. And people have been so hooked on this, like our reviews have been incredible in the ratings and we've been really, really pleased. But even we were obsessed going to set every day because I was like being an identical twin. Sabrina, I've been through this journey where these twins are, but not just to see the love aspect of it, but to see these twins, like find their individual growth because we're bringing in younger twins and when we give them the news is separating them. Like when you watch that first episode, you cry almost with some of them because they get so upset, like they cannot believe we're splitting them on. But it's it's fun, and I'm like a reality dating show person. And so then I get all those fun, sexy vibes like we made them do challenges and stuff, and it gets pretty sexy. I love it. I love it. Well, studies do show I did. I did see that you guys mention this too, but that identical twins, they do start dating later. They lose their virginity. Later, they get married later in life than everyone else. And that's for the. That makes sense of what you said, that they just feel like they have a companion before they were even, yeah, like entering the world, right? They're like, totally for sure. Yeah. Even when you're married and sober, they know it's to talk even in our marriages, and we still have to work on this at 40. Like your spouse naturally is just the third will. And that's like a lot of these issues. When these twins start talking about their exes and stuff, that's like what happens in a lot of people can't handle that. We're lucky our men can, but our mom will still call us and be like, Are you putting your men first? Make sure you're putting your husbands first. And it's like the mother is not the only one who does that. That makes me. I know out. It literally will just check in constantly, like, are you being good to Joe today? He works so hard. Like, are you like he's yeah. She's always making sure that Joe is like, no one that is so funny. I love to hear that it happens. That is their home. I love that. Yeah. Well, I feel like as strong women, we have to get the reminders read, Yeah, I feel like that's like, we're all very strong. But the best part is like when we get the reminders, we're always like eyebrows up, like not as hard as me, but sure, I want to know what exactly my mother will be like. Why are you sitting? Did you get your husband a plate? Your husband's tired? Give it like, I'm like, Relax, I'm tired. I actually worked five jobs as well, but it's always, yeah, about Joe. It's so funny. I mean, I guess, I guess it's better than her hating him right then. He's not exactly right. Way better, though, where mothers want us to take care of our men. It's cute. It's a good thing. It is. Yeah, it is good. But you know, it's so funny, though, like you talking with the twin loves stuff is we've been interviewing a lot of the twins on our podcast. And it's crazy because when we asked them all, what was your favorite moment filming? How many of them said, reuniting with my twin? Wow. Because we split them up and I was like, But we weren't some like like their individual part, but a moment when they reunited. Yeah. And I think that's when you just when it comes down to it in the social experiment aspect of it all is that crazy bond twins have. It's sometimes it's better, not better, oh, we know this. This is all we know in the world is this other person, you know, that just started from the womb and so and especially identical twins, like when you break it down, it's like one egg split. So there's that there has to be that energy there. You know, that's where fraternal is different and identical as they get, like why they were like Amazon Prime Video was like only identical twins in this, like nothing else was 8v. They're like no fraternal. We want identical bond of these twins. And now I get the difference after doing this show and like watching, I'm like, Oh, that was smart, because I was like, Why not paternal? Like, you know, they're twins? And I'm like, Oh, I get it. That's the scientific part of it. Yeah, of course. And it makes sense. I mean, you guys can confirm there is there. I mean, are there identical twins out there that are probably not close or have not bonded? I mean, I'm sure it's not just like a must right in every situation. Are all the ones on your shows very bonded and close the one that's on your show, all the people on your show? Insane. Yeah, I mean, crazy close. Yeah, live together. Not all of them, but majority of them live together. Some at that point had never been apart. One was like, Well, yeah, I mean, for a bit, she was sleeping upstairs and I sleeping downstairs. Same house. And I was like, I don't know if that's really being apart. But yeah, I mean, a lot of them went to college together, dorm together, and it would work together. Yeah, inseparable. And so that's why this was a big deal. And they all had to quarantine because when we shot, it was still kind of in that stage where you had a quarantine before you came on the show and all the things. So I was like, Oh my gosh, it's going to be extra hard for them because they all were in a hotel just with their twin by themselves. Yeah, for like 14 days before entering our villa. And then there's no cell phones. There's no, not no communication. Every now and then we would tease them with videos so they could see what they're twins up to. Because if we saw one twin finding love and the other one wasn't because we would do eliminations and our eliminations were sad. Yeah, if someone got eliminated in the house, they would have to go to the other house and everyone be standing there like, who's going to walk through the door? And then whatever twin walked through the door, how to grab their twin even if they were in a relationship and take away. I love this. What a great concept for a show. I absolutely love this. You binge and that's me. I like when I can binge and watch every single thing like on a Sunday. Yeah, I love that. That's my favorite kind of TV this. It is the perfect Sunday, and we should have had more episodes because there was such great content. So they get a lot in. And is it eight or nine ISOs, nine where everyone has said it since they've watched series like we, but we wanted more because it's just there was so much more you could have had. But you know, you only have your episodes that you get purchased in the beginning, but it's a quick binge. Well, you know what? This is just this isn't your first, you know, venture into reality TV because you guys have been doing reality TV for so long. You had total bellas that aired for like six seasons, right? Which that was more focused, I would say, on your lives. But now you're out there hosting twin love, and I have to ask, like, what was it like to be on the other side and hosting opposed to having it be all about you and the stress of like showing your own life on reality TV? Yeah, it was great. You're like, it's not made fun. Yeah, yeah. But you know, honestly, I have to say it makes us better hosts in a way because we won. We know the things to say to them, to bring out something and just help guide them. I think they thought it break down the walls. Yeah, and I think they felt safe, too, knowing Nicole and I've been there, done that like we've had to put her feelings on the table. And so we kind of would remind them like, Hey, someone's going to watch this and feel exactly what you're feeling like. You're not the only person in the world, so don't hold back. Yeah. And it definitely helped. But it was nice to sometimes be back. I he'd seen backstage, but kind of. And watching them all live and I'm just like, kind of like sitting there sipping my tea. Like, love to like, what's next? We go sit in the producer rooms and just watch them all, like live their life, like when we'd come on the set. But yeah, it was nice that the one hard thing for me because see, I also host Farmageddon, which is on USA with Blake Shelton, Carson Daly and yeah, it's been an incredible show. We have season two out right now. We are episodes, our Monday nights. But when I go and do twin love, like when you are hosts of a dating show like this, you have to come in and be very serious and you have that one chance to deliver your lines because if you mess it up, then you're messing up their emotions. Now they're they're out of it. But so whatever news you're going to deliver? Room deliver to them, you have to just get that one tape to them and you have to be serious because if you come in smiling, hey guys, then they're more than they like, kind of like, Oh hey, like whatever was fun. Yeah, but that would be the hardest for me because I would want to like, smile or like, just want to like, hug em or something. You couldn't do any of that. You had to come on this come off cold. So they'd be like, What is she about to say? You had to go very slow or pause, have like two minute pauses. And, you know, in TV land, that's a long time with people just staring at you. You're like, OK, OK. But it was amazing. Yeah, it was. It was funny because for me, it was easy. I was able to come in like very cold. Like, you know, they called her bad news brie. I get bad news too, but I couldn't help but give my at times little weight. I had my stern times. Yeah. And then my other times I was like, Well, who better than to get? I mean, when you've been on reality TV and you know, the ins and outs and you kind of know, you know how difficult it is sometimes to share your personal life or your stories. I'm sure there was a sense of comfort with all of the twins on your show knowing and you guys were able to make them feel safe, basically and at home. So I can imagine. How do you? Well, like, I have a question for you. How is it when you guys always go into your dinner parties? Or are you just like, OK, I don't even know what it's going to go down the night, but it's crazy because when it's a dinner party and you're showing up, which I say dinner party or it's a full cast event, meaning you're not just going to meet one girl to talk about what happened yesterday or you're not going out with the family to like, you know, pick pumpkins when there is a full cast event, you just know it's on like, you know, you're walking and someone is dropping a bomb somewhere. Something ridiculous is going to get said. Or even if there was no like preplanned situation with any of the girls, I'll give them a benefit of the doubt someone's going to act a fool at the table because there's just too many people there to like Sid and everybody wants to be a star or whatever it is. So someone's going to say something that's going to piss you off or send you off the edge or whatever it is in every like. So it's actually a really good question. We do know that when we're walking into like the dinners where the full cast events that like, it's stressful. It's so stressful. I could see that. Or like your reunions. Oh yeah, it's kind of like our pay per view event. Like you guys. Like you like you guys. Yeah, let's get ready to rumble the Royal Rumble. Who's coming out? Oh, wait a second. The funny is I was in glam before one of my reunions and it's on my reels, on Instagram. But like, you know, my my gland slides like lotion ing me up and glowing my chest, and I'm just playing rocky in the background and I'm like, Yeah, I is. Why? Let's go veggies Syrians, honestly. You know, it's been incredible to me to watch like, especially like the past decade. And I don't know if it's blown your mind, but like how huge this franchise has become. Like Bravo kind and the following. I mean, Bravo is such a powerhouse now. Has that blown your mind? It has blown my mind, and I feel like I've been there since they weren't a huge powerhouse. They had clout, and it was the housewives were getting known. It was the first couple of years, and to watch what they have done in the last decade is it's pretty insane. And sometimes I do sit back and say, wow, more so like, you know, I was at 32 year old girl, 31, actually were put onto this like reality show. And I just who knew that I would have this opportunity to be on a network that blew up like this. And it is it. It is crazy. And sometimes I say to myself, I'm like, Is it ever going to end like every year? It's like, Here comes the renewal. We're going to do it again. And I think about things like you guys are doing right now, right? Like, what would I do next? What would I want to host next? What would I want to do? Like in the TV space after this, like what's next? But like, it never ends. So I don't know. I don't know. I just like, I like to have this podcast where I get to like, talk to people like you guys. I get to be unfiltered a little bit and like, speak my mind. I have a clothing store, so I have envy that that does. Awesome. So I, you know, that's that's a big thing for me, but I do always kind of think about like how long and the fact that Bravo has blown up just the way it has. Do you guys watch Housewives? Do you have like a favorite Housewives show or franchise that you guys like love? You know, it's I. I'm when I have time, like in the past, I mean, I feel like I never watch reality shows anymore. It's been like Love Island. Like, I got really hooked on that. But UK Love Island UK and MAFS Australia was like my like my thing. I'd go binge and I'm trying. I watched a few episodes of the Beverly Hills Housewife. Because Brie and I like I love Garcelle and we got closer Garcelle, but I'm like, how? Every time I watch, I go, Oh my gosh, I need to get into this. And then I feel like because I was already so far behind and there's so much to watch that I'm like, I can't catch up like they're so into it. Like, I don't know where to even begin or start. Like, I feel we have to break out of this one franchise and start there and like, start from the beginning because there's a lot now. But I feel like that's all I see on social. Like, I feel like I catch up with all of you. Like, I feel like I know everything because of social media. You guys run it and I love it. That's where I feel I could get all my tea on everything like, Oh, look at what's going on now. We're a crazy part of Housewives. You can literally sit back and watch Instagram and be like, Oh, that happened, that you're caught up watching Instagram. Yeah, it's frustrating, but it's actually really what goes on. Like, they'll like replay the scene, the important scenes right here like, Oh, OK, I just saw that happen. You'll you'll know where everybody's at, just from that. Well, before I talk to you guys about the holidays and Christmas, I just want to, you know, go back to twin love for one second, I want to talk about that. There is like a twist, right? There's a little twist at the finale. There's like, you know, we'll get teased the finale a little bit without getting giving it away. But I did hear that there's like some fun twist at the end, you know, without spoiling it. Can you talk to us about that a little bit? And can we kind of say, I mean, I think I mean, were you surprised of what went down and like how it ended? Were you guys in shock by it? A little bit. I was in shock who won? And then but the twist? I loved it and I'm like, Oh, it's so genius. I mean, you could pretty much say like it is so they you got to win money. But it went like where we handed them two different cards. You didn't know who was going to get the money from the winning couple. And then whatever couple like flipped it. Then we said, Didn't we go? So now you could decide you want to give half of that to your twin or to your new wife and you think twins like they know what each other are going through and like, think when you're you're young 20s and like struggling with stuff like, I think I'd be like a free ride. And so it's shocking and it's really good. And you can see the twins really thinking about it. They're like, Oh, like, it is a big moment and it is really hard, and we're not going to say who they what they picked. But you'll have to be like, Yeah, it's good. It's there, especially their reactions are so good because they're like, We're like, All right, guys. Well, you guys, all my listeners, you guys need to check out. There's nine episodes. They're available right on Amazon Prime right now. I have to ask though, is there going to be like some type of reunion? Do you guys do anything like that? Is there anything like that in the works? We've been hoping for that, but I don't know. I feel like so much time's past because we got affected by the strikes on like our drop. So I still think the twins have been out of the villa too long. And our last ones just broke up and we're like, Oh. And I feel like there's just if you don't have your reunions quick, too much happens on social and it's not. And it just makes the networks go, Yeah, they're like, I mean, all this has already happened and they all did these things. So we've been just interviewing them on our podcast and trying to create in our own reunion there. But look, I still think there's money and putting them all in the same room because as you know, like you just never know what's going to happen, and it always takes for one person to say something or someone else gets triggered. And then you're like, Oh, hey, we got TV gold now, so. So we'll see. All right. Good. Well, I think you should fight for that. I love a good reunion on every show. I love it. Me too. I love a good reunion. All right. Well, listen, you guys are my episode right before Christmas, so everyone right now is prepping for Christmas. All right, so tell me what Brian Nicky do for Christmas? Oh yes, so we do a really Christmas Eve. Our grandfather started this tradition when we were like babies, but we do a drummer boy dinner, so we cook up a real nice Italian meal, which is my grandmother's recipe. And then before we eat, we get we line up the kids and we even get in line. Yeah, youngest to oldest. And we put a Bing Crosby drummer boy on repeat and we marched around the house pointing at all the nativity sets. And then we called our Drummer Boy dinner, and that's like our yearly tradition. Yeah, I love that this is so I've never heard anyone do this before. I have like some crazy ones, but this is great. Yeah. And then we think, you know, and then we sing Happy Birthday to Jesus, blow candles. And it kind of just makes us, our family, realize like what the holiday means for us and the importance. Oh my god, guys, I love that. Which one of you cooks either of you cook for Christmas or no? She added, Better pessimistic. Yeah, miss domestic domestics, right? I have some good dishes like when I do get in there, I'm not bad. So that's great. Well, I told you this. You're you're making your cheesecake. Yeah, I may makes a good cheesecake. And she hasn't made it for like a decade. Oh, I love a glass back in my single era. Yeah, I make a big a hell of a cheesecake. But you know, that's the no no excuse. Okay, I'm going to do it as long as I can drink why I do it. But of course, you know what part of putting Nikki Real Real are fake. True, Nikki? Fake Brie? Yeah, I have a real one. You have a real one. I do. I get a mini real one for my son because I have to at least go do the tradition. We have to go to the tree lot for mine. It's already with the lights and everything and. And so I have a fake one. From the first year, Brian and I moved in together. We had our first Christmas. Our apartment. So the trees, like over 10 years old, that got little stonework. Yeah, that's what we got in San Diego and Pacific Beach. Wow, that one definitely doesn't have this thing where you just click it and it turns on that, you know? No, no, no. But I still keep that one. The lights need to be free on the tree now. I don't know. Back in the day, we used to win them up and they didn't. I don't. I don't understand how we oh, but oh, because I got a real because we did a real tree this year. You have to see how mine are so lopsided because I'm like with like just throwing it behind a tree and trying to catch it and so hard it was so hard. But you know what? I let go this year because I'm one of those who like I like to decorate and I have a spot for everything. This year, I let my kids fully take control of the Christmas tree and I didn't move an ornament or nothing. And like, you guys got it turned out, really. They did a great job. They did. They did a really great job. But you know, I'm one of those moms who can be like a little fidgety, like, Ooh, I want this decoration here where, but I let them do it all. And it was so much fun to watch them, even though they got in a big fight towards the end. My God. But that's the that's the fun of it all. That's the best part. Wait, so are you guys big on Christmas? So is Christmas Eve like the big night and Christmas Day is more chill in the sweatpants? Yeah, totally staying Christmas pyjamas as long as you want all day, just eat leftovers and nice food, even though I want to get the tamales at the farmer's market. There's a woman that always has her homemade tamales, and so that's like the fun Christmas Day stuff. Watch football, just enjoy play outside going. Why? Cause that's exactly what my family does with us, Secret Santa between me and my cousins, and we have to make up a rap about who the the gift is for because we pick out of a hat. Nobody knows we picked them gone. We each take a turn standing up and sing this rap, and then you have to like about the person we're giving the gift to. It's actually hysterical. All of my I'd say all of my followers tune in every Christmas to watch the the rap with my cousins. That is that is so we might have to steal. Well, you know, our drummer boy, when people look forward to this, I'm telling you they get there like I got, okay, I'm going to tune in. I'm going to tune in and watch because when we before we all got spouses and had kids, our cousins, we all did drummer boy together. That's yeah. And we did a Secret Santa, yes. But we never rapped about each other. I know we'd roast each other. We'd roast each other. But you know what? Our raps are kind of like they start off as like a roast, and then we end up being nice towards the end of the rap. And then there's a then somebody when so like the adults, I say the adults, but the older adults, we did it. Yeah, we say all their so very well. My aunts and uncles and the parents of us decide who won the rap every year and like, you know who? Oh my god. Yeah, it's your family. Sounds just like ours. Yeah, we are a party like, enjoy the moment, live life, take the memories. We are that family like, that's nice. I love that you all have goose bumps. Yes, we all live. I'm a little more up north, like next to New York City, where my family's all closer to the beach, like by the shore, the Jersey Shore. But it's only within like an hour, hour and 20 minutes. So it's close enough that we're all together all the time, especially because I'm like in New York. So they just come to New York all the time and see me, which is, yeah, which is great. How far? Yeah, it's so much fun. So much fun. Listen, girls, I absolutely love having you guys on today. You're as sweet as I knew you would be. You guys are awesome. That's the thing. I love how you guys work together. You support each other. You're a perfect example of what sisters should be and how they should be. And I just think you guys are awesome. I really, really do. Thank you. I mean, that's so sweet. You and everyone to yourself when the season gets wins this season, you need to check out. Can we get a little piece of your wrap? Have you written it yet? I mean, no, because I haven't written it yet. I'm the girl who writes it while we're driving down. Like as I'm driving to my cousin's house, I'm writing it while everyone else has been doing it for weeks and I just like. But this year, I swear I'm going to take a couple of days before and I do it when I want to win. Yeah, honestly, it's your year. It's my day. I'm getting. I'm getting hyped up now, hearing you guys talk about, Yeah, I need to win. I'm going to run on. You go, I'll roast the heck out of you. Oh, you guys, you guys, we would all tune in to watch you guys do a little secret channel. All right, girls, thank you, Mary, thank you. Thank you. Maybe there'll be an NBC event. Yeah, I hope so. And then we can all get some wine and chitchat that we have a lot of fun. I would love that. I would love that. All right. Thank you, girls. Thank you. We'll talk soon. OK, thank you. I, I. Flight 562, oh my gosh, my gosh, Brooke, we're going to miss our flight. We didn't finish the promo. Can we just recorded on the plane? I will not be that person. What if we recorded in the bathroom?
