Once again, we have Robert Cialdini, the Regents' Professor Emeritus of Psychology and Marketing at Arizona State University and was a visiting professor of marketing, business, and psychology at Stanford University, as well as at the University of California at Santa Cruz, and also the author of the Marketing "Bible", Influence, on again to talk about the new and expanded version of the book, Influence, New and Expanded: The Psychology of Persuasion.
