446 - Lori Gottlieb: What to Do When You're Ready for a (Real) Change

Lori Gottlieb is a psychotherapist and the author "Maybe You Should Talk to Someone." I asked her why therapists never tell you how to improve your life. Why won't they just give me the answers? And she said it's because people like to live where it's safe. Therapists know this. They know you won't take their advice. And that you have to figure out for yourself. In this episode, Lori says how talking to someone can help you see the changes you really need. Rather than living in the same decision-making that got you to where you are today. I like her message because it means we all have the chance to change.  I write about all my podcasts!
