I called for the Red Sox to find a way to move on from Price, after his embarrassing media session over the weekend, where he addressed his confrontation with Dennis Eckersley for the first time since the details were made public (19:35). I also shared some thoughts on Dustin Pedroia's comments the day before Price spoke. All that and more.
54:45 7/31/2017
On Thursday's podcast, I reacted to the report that Dustin Pedroia was "applauding aggressively" as David Price confronted Dennis Eckersley on the team plane last month (9:27). I also reacted to the conflicting report that said Pedroia had nothing to do with the situation. Something tells me the truth is somewhere in the middle. But either way, I continued to explain why the Red Sox front office should look to add a true clubhouse presence before Monday's non-waiver trade deadline, and that player is still Andrew McCutchen. Plus, I opened the show predicting some of the over-the-top story lines that will come out of Patriots training camp this year.
50:09 7/27/2017
On Tuesday's podcast, I reacted to the details of David Price's confrontation with Hall of Famer Dennis Eckersley. 01:14:12 7/25/2017
On Thursday's podcast, I called out Hanley Ramirez for not playing Wednesday night, a day after he hit a walk-off home run against the Toronto Blue Jays. 47:29 7/20/2017
On Monday's podcast, I talked mostly baseball, as we're two weeks away from the MLB non-waiver trade deadline. I reacted to the Chicago Cubs trading for Jose Quintana, but more importantly, I discussed some of the moves the Boston Red Sox need to make before July 31. Should the Red Sox trade for Todd Frazier, or call-up Rafael Devers? Is Dave Dombrowski working on a Miguel Cabrera and Justin Verlander blockbuster? And now that Oakland has made Sonny Gray available in a trade, should the Red Sox out-bid the New York Yankees and Cleveland Indians for him? All that and more.
55:40 7/17/2017

50:46 7/6/2017
On Thursday's podcast, I was joined by Brandon Wahlberg from inside "Wahlburgers." We looked ahead to NBA free agency, which begins on Saturday, July 1. We reacted to the rumors that the Boston Celtics are preparing to sign Gordon Hayward and then trade for Paul George. Are those the right moves? What about signing Blake Griffin? 43:38 6/29/2017
On Friday's podcast, I reacted to the NBA Draft, and more specifically, what the Boston Celtics did by selecting Jayson Tatum with the No. 3 overall pick. Watching Markelle Fultz get drafted by the Philadelphia 76ers No. 1 overall has me thinking of what could have been, and makes me wonder if the Celtics are making this too complicated. 47:33 6/23/2017

And I opened the show with some thoughts on Floyd Mayweather vs Conor McGregor, now that it's official. All that and more.
59:51 6/15/2017
On Monday's podcast, I had to record with my remote equipment because of the extreme heat inside the studio. So I walked around the back of Beantown Athletics with a microphone in hand, just ranting on the most important topics of my day. That included Sidney Crosby's legacy after winning his third Stanley Cup and second Conn Smythe trophy on Sunday night, why I wasn't rooting for the Nashville Predators in the Stanley Cup Finals, my prediction for Game 5 of the NBA Finals, what David Price and the Boston Red Sox should do to the lowly Philadelphia Phillies this week, and some random thoughts on Dunkin' Donuts iced coffees, and people who comment on sunburns.

44:34 5/30/2017
On Friday, I addressed the state of the 2017 Boston Red Sox, heading into Memorial Day Weekend. I gave you the good, the bad, and the ugly, while highlighting and reacting to Ken Rosenthal's column this week about some Red Sox players not liking manager John Farrell. Are certain players trying to run Farrell out of town? It sure sounds like it. And to that, I had a pretty clear message for Red Sox management: don't let the inmates run the asylum.
59:55 5/26/2017

48:49 5/8/2017
On Wednesday's Emergency Edition of "The Danny Picard Show," I reacted to Chris Sale throwing at Manny Machado on Tuesday night while striking out 11 in the Boston Red Sox' win over the Baltimore Orioles at Fenway. While doing so, I proclaimed Sale the new captain of the team, and explained how his leadership that was on display Tuesday night is everything the Red Sox needed. I also reacted to Isaiah Thomas' 53-point performance in the Boston Celtics' Game 2 win over the Washington Wizards. And I continue to laugh at those who are just beginning to come around on IT being a "max" player.
40:48 5/3/2017
On an Emergency Edition of "The Danny Picard Show," I opened the podcast with a few thoughts on the racial slurs thrown at Adam Jones at Fenway Park. But the main purpose of the show was to react to the Boston Red Sox getting embarrassed by the Baltimore Orioles on Monday night, and how all of that embarrassment ultimately falls back on Dustin Pedroia. I'm hitting the panic button on the Red Sox because I believe their problems are much bigger than on-the-field errors, especially after some of the postgame comments made by the team.
52:41 5/2/2017
On Monday's podcast, Brandon Wahlberg joined me in-studio as we reacted to the Boston Celtics advancing to the second round of the playoffs and winning Game 1 over the Washington Wizards. 44:52 4/25/2017

I told a few Pedroia stories and even looked back into Machado's history with on-the-field drama. 01:03:34 4/7/2017
On Monday's podcast, I opened the show with my reaction to WrestleMania 33. Plus, I closed out the show with my 2017 Major League Baseball predictions (48:00), from division winners to wild cards, to World Series champ.
